Terms of Service.

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the https://augustdays.co website operated by August Days Creative Studio. ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.


Purchases

If you wish to purchase any services made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name(s), address, e-mail, and payment information.


Payment

For all design services, a non-refundable retainer is required before work begins. The balance payment will be due upon project completion before we hand over the final work. All payments are non-refundable and non-transactionable.


Proofing

It is the client’s full responsibility to proof for grammar, spelling, and wording. Any additional revisions that are not the fault of the designer (such as misspellings, forgotten words, etc.) will have an additional fee. August Days Creative Studio is not responsible for any printing mistake costs incurred. Please check the proofs carefully.


Colors

Please note that the product will have a color difference on the computer screen verse when printing. Final digital files on a tablet or smartphone may appear to be different colors but will print properly. We recommend having a test print from the proof before any massive final print.


Cancellation

Both parties understand that the Client or Designer may terminate the service at any time if, for any reason, the relationship is deemed unsatisfactory by either party. Upon written or verbal cancellation, the Client is responsible for payment for all expenses incurred and any work done towards the completion of the project based on the percentage of the project completed that is determined by the Designer. Should the Client cancel the project following its completion, the Client is responsible for full payment as per the agreed-upon estimate plus all expenses incurred. In the event of cancellation, the Designer retains ownership of all copyrights and original work created.

August Days Creative Studio has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that August Days Creative Studio shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.


Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is a material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
